1st webconference on Translational Imaging for Psychopharmacology

The first symposium on Translational Imaging for Psychopharmacology took place in Basel the 4th of December 2014 (9:00 to 17:30, Central European Time, i.e. 1 hour ahead of Coordinated Universal Time).

This symposium is an academic initiative. It lasted 1 day and used a webconference formula. Speakers from various backgrounds, i.e. academic or industry, gathered in Basel while attendants could optionally choose to attend from their home / working place with opportunities to interact during the sessions of presentations and during the final round table. The Adobe Webconference software was used meaning that Adobe Flash Player plug-in should be installed to be able to view the conference. We thank the NEUREX for helping us in organizing the symposium and the university of Basel to help us in the management of this first web conferencing attempt. Registration was free for all attendees. Most of the audience (45 participants) was from Europe (see map below).

The theme of this first symposium focused on MRI based methodology for animal and human psychopharmacological studies with a strong point on their use for a translational approach.

People who would like to see the programm and presentations should go to the symposium web page (link).
